Foamy Letters

Drawing letters in foam is a really fun sensory way to explore letter formation. Spread bath foam or shaving foam on the side of your bath, shower screen or on a tray then use your finger to draw in the foam.

You could begin by drawing zig-zags to create monster teeth! Then try writing some of the letters you have been practising.

If you don't have any shaving foam, you could make your own foam using washing-up liquid and water. Find out more in this 'Let it Snow' activity from Summer Camp.

If you have a go at this activity and share any photos on social media, I would love to see them. Please tag @miniwritersclub and let me know how you get on. Feel free to share your pictures in the Facebook group.
