Points may be redeemed at the checkout for products (delivered to the UK only) but not for the Mini Writers Club subscription. 
If you choose to redeem points but don't checkout they may take 24 to show again in your rewards area.
Any points earned are valid for 2 years.
Check your spam folder for emails about your points.
